Open Studios Preview Party

We help kick off the Mission district

weekend of Artspan's Open Studios.

The 1890 Bryant building is chock

full of artists who know how to

get things started, by throwing

our signature preview party!

The Jazz Combustion Uprising
quintet performs two sets on the

3rd floor, at 6:00PM and

7:30PM.

The quintet features:

Elaine Alt - Saxophones and Clarinet

Henry Hung - Trumpet
Mandy Flowers - Bass
David Chong - Piano
Otto Huber - Drums

We'll be performing some some
favorite original compositions

including a good number from the

the quintet album Self-Immolation,

a few songs from the early Alt Tal

trio album Open the Gates!,
and some more recent works.

Open Studios Chamber Orchestra

Get ready for the alt.musica
chamber orchestra, with

strings, winds, rhythm and

voice.

We'll start out with an open

rehearsal at 1:30pm,

then perform two sets

at 2:30PM and 4:00pm.
